Q1. How long does a TBA airbrush tattoo last?
Answer TBA tattoo's can last from 2 to 7 days and are water resistant. The duration of the tattoo will depend on the location of tattoo on body, skin type and proper care of the tattoo. The paint used is an alcohol-based formula therefore any humid conditions will affect the life of the tattoo. TBA tattoo's can be easily removed with isopropyl alcohol.
Q2. What kind of paint do you use?
Answer : TBA paints are designed specifically for application to the skin. We use FDA approved, non-toxic, instant drying ingredients, we do not know of a single case where there has been an adverse skin reaction.
Q3. What is the difference between "TBA tattoos" and other temporary tattoos?
Answer : TBA tattoos are definitely the most realistic looking and colourful (if you choose!) body art. It is a great substitute to the real thing as it looks and feels like it! TBA tattoos are easy to apply and take only seconds! Rub on tattoos look flaky and fake. Henna products are hard to apply, the tattoo stains instantly causing mistakes to be irreversible, and Henna has been known to have adverse skin reactions.
Q4. Does it hurt when one gets an ITD airbrush tattoo?
Answer : It may tickle you a little but it definitely won't hurt! We do get asked many times if we are doing real tattoos as soon as passer-bys notice the shiny chrome gun being pointed at the individual being "tattooed". The airbrush is often mistaken for a real tattoo gun, which can really draw and captivates an audience.
Q5. What is the application process for airbrush body art?
Answer : The application takes as long as 1-2 minutes. First the area is cleaned with rubbing alcohol. The tattoo is applied through airbrush with the use of a stencil, which is held on the skin. The paint dries almost instantly and is maintained by brushing setting powder on the tattoo.
